Jerald Morgan is a real estate investment and asset management professional with nearly a decade of institutional experience across multifamily, build-to-rent, and mixed-use assets. His career spans the full investment lifecycle — from ground-up construction finance and lease-up execution to value-add repositioning, structured debt management, and portfolio-level strategy. Having built his foundation at Preferred Apartment Communities, Sterling Group, and TWO Capital Partners, Jerald has overseen and informed decisions across thousands of units and hundreds of millions in real estate assets throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Wrightwell, Jerald leads asset management across a growing portfolio of multifamily and build-to-rent communities, managing institutional equity relationships, overseeing third-party property management, and driving operational and financial performance across the portfolio.

Jerald founded Lynhurst Partners out of a conviction that institutional-grade asset management discipline, applied in the right markets with the right partners, creates lasting value for investors and communities alike. A proud Atlanta native, Jerald currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia. Outside of real estate, he is an active NCAA Men’s Basketball referee and enjoys traveling, golfing, and giving back to the community he calls home.
